Ilze is recognized by the Latvian real estate association as one of the most experienced sales professionals in the region. Before co-founding Baltic Sotheby’s International Realty, Ilze was amongst the founders of real-estate service company Immostate in 2005. Before that, Ilze spent 6 years with the Central Eastern European based Ober-Haus team initially working with the international relocation clients and later taking on a sales and management role in the company’s central office in Riga. Ilze is an experienced and focused leader with great abilities to organize and motivate. She is fond of extreme sports, such as kite-boarding and skiing.
